Chef David, not being from New Orleans, did not want to do an injustice to Classic Cajun Creole Cuisine, so he CREATED Innovative American Cuisine with a Cajun/Creole Flair.Incorporating elements of Cajun, Creole, French, Mediterranean, Down Home, and Low Country he placed a menu sure to please all. And if that wasn't enough he added daily lunch/brunch specials and dinner specials to last the week.
