drinkin which alcohol is worse for your liver?
i know drinking is bad in general.. but most people do and i just want to compare something.
Whats worse for you. A mixed drink containing 1 1/2 shot of everclear (190 proof grain alcohol) or a mix drink containing 3 1/2shots of vodka (80proof).. Roughly they are the same proof but everclear is a much harder liquer.
A shot of 190 proof vs 3 drinks of 80 proof will not effect the function of the liver. The repeated use of alcohol over an extended period of time, whether from wine, beer, mixed drinks or straight shots, is the deadly combination which will damage your liver or kidneys.
